    Local Motion Serviced Apartment provided full services i.e. daily maid service, laundry, 24 hours security at the Property entrance, room service, waste disposal provided on each floor, 20 seats restaurant and bar on Ground floor. Frequent maintenance on M&E system in each unit.

 

Price

Lease hold of 7 years at Baht 2,000,000.- per unit. 10% non-refundable deposit upon reservation made, 50% paid upon contract signing (30 days after deposit paid) and 40% within 60 days after contract signed.

 

Annual maintenance fee at Baht 1,500.- per unit per month payable upon first moving in.
